@CarbonCarl I tried uninstalling and reinstalling MSVCP using the link twice with resetting, the error still popped up.

    @EA_Barry I had the same problem. THIS WAS THE SOLUTION.. i just kept working with the 64 bit over and over again. Uninstalling and reinstalling. Installed the 32 bit version and the installer immediately worked. THANK YOU.
