I did everything you said and it still hasn't changed. How exactly can i see what kind off account i have?
@noah00712 Go to ea.com, sign in, click your profile pic in the upper right corner, select Account Settings, and you'll see the date of birth listed along with your other info. What qualifies as an underage account varies from one country to the next, but if your birthdate says you're at least 18, it shouldn't be a problem. The reason I bring it up is that underage accounts are limited in what content they can purchase and how.
In any case, it does sound like you'll need to contact EA customer support to ask for help. You can provide proof of purchase, e.g. a screenshot of an emailed receipt, when you submit the help request.

The business hours and type of contact you can request will also depend on your location and language, but if you choose U.S. or U.K. in the upper right corner of the browser window, you should be able to access live chat at any time of day.

The birthdate does say i'm over 18. Is there any more things that you can suggest me doing?

@noah00712 There is no reason you should only be able to see the packs you've purchased, so I don't know what's going on there. You can search the Origin app for "Tiny Living," or "Klein Wonen" in Dutch, which should in theory show the pack even if Origin thinks you don't own it. You can also just search "Sims 4" and look through the store results; Tiny Living has a green background like other stuff packs.
However, if this doesn't work, whether you can't see Tiny Living at all or Origin thinks you haven't bought it, your only option is to contact EA customer support, as described.
