Please unlink my Steam account with this EA account

My EA account (xuanjat) was disabled even though I did not cheat in the game. Therefore, the EA products I purchased on Steam cannot connect to the Internet, which also makes me unable to purchase and experience other EA products, such as the Battlefield series.

Please unban my EA account, or please disconnect my EA account (xuanjat) and steam account (xuanjat77) so that I can purchase game products normally.

    To see what accounts are connected to your EA account sign in here: myaccount.ea.com and go to the Connections tab. You can also unlink your accounts via the Connections tab too.

    For more information about account linking see here: https://help.ea.com/en-gb/help/account/link-your-console-accounts/ 

    If you don’t have access to your account and you’re not able to unlink etc then you would need to contact the ToS team. They are the only ones able to investigate and remove bans on accounts.

    To contact the ToS Team use the following link: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/

    Select Origin>Choose Platform>Manage Account >Banned or Suspended account and then select an available contact option

    You will need to speak to our Terms of Service team @xuanjat.

    The process to contact our ToS team can be found here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/account/information-about-banned-or-suspended-accounts/

    1. Click Contact us at the top of any page on EA Help.
    2. Select the game that your account was banned or suspended from. If it’s on your whole EA Account, choose Origin.
    3. Choose your platform.
    4. Select Manage my account, then Banned or suspended account.
    5. Fill out any other details below.
      • For example, if you picked Origin, it might ask you if you are accessing the game through an Origin Access membership.
    6. Click Select contact option.
    7. Sign in to your account that has the ban or suspension, if you aren’t already.

  • you can't login o that page if your accounts been disabled genius that's why he was asking in the first place

    Hey @_igital-Animal when posting on AHQ please do so in a polite and constructive manner.

    Even banned accounts can log into those links and open a case with our TOS team.
