pre owned redeem code

I bought pre owned Battlefield 4 game, I have the original packge and disks, original code, but I can't redeem the code, I get answer "This code has already been redeemed". what can I do?

You should attempt to obtain a refund from whomever sold you an unusable product (second hand/used product code).
