Darko, It is not about billing. EAs service is not working. The game itself doesn't process the act of purchase in game. Steam is fine, the game is fine, it is simply buying Fifa points though the game is bugged. It doesn't even give a process payment failure. It just loads for an eternity. So pls don't say for billing issues when its the game itself now working. It pauses at "pls wait" Not transaction cannot be made or transaction error. 

Hey @ImPeterGrill I am not seeing any other reports of this. If this was an issue on the EA side then we would see numerous reports of this.

As the issue is billing through a non-EA platform I would recommend speaking with their support.

There have been other reports of it. Again. it isnt a billing issue. I have the 200 in my steam wallet. Again, I have reached out to steam and said its on your guys end. You can see the bug that I posted with my picture. It stays on pls wait forever and never comes off it. That is a game bug. Not a connection issue because I can play the game. But here is a post with other people complaining to have to same issue.

I did Try and reach at to steam and this is what I got "Unfortunately, Steam Support cannot provide the best assistance with games made by other companies". So it is out of their hands.

Yes I am directly in contact with them too but so far they are proposing alternatives such as "wait longer" or "restart fifa or your internet".

I already tried these basic procedures but the fact is every time I try to buy FIFA POINTS inside the game, this "WAIT" message appears - and I've waited several minutes and tryed many times - and nothing happens. I believe here I should supposedly be redirected to some screen to select payment options - and it would be quick since I have the meney already in Steam - but NOTHING happens...

it's disappointing for me trying to put money in the game and it doesn't accept..... and I already lost a bunch of promo packets opportunities so my next step is just ask Steam to refound...

Hey @Matthh1049 I tested this just now and was able to purchase the points.

It seems like something is blocking it on your side, this could be system or Steam-related so the best thing to do is to start by trying a different network and/or system if possible?

I did not @Matthh1049 EA didnt do anything and steam said it was on their end......

Its gaming ruining and affect many players it isnt on steams end at all because I can purchase through them in game on any other game I play. Fifa is the only thing to cause problems for me. @Matthh1049

@EA_Darko, good to know. So in this case you`re using a FIFA22 purchase through Steam, right? What happens when you select how many FIFA points do you want to buy? The 'wait' message appears and redirects you to where? To a steam payment options screen?

Everyone has this problem when they try to purchase through steam wallet. Game shows fifa points prices as unknown and even if you blind pick any pack it says eror with the checkout. I contacted EA support many times, all they suggested was to buy through origin and threw me some useless troubleshoot options like steam servers are not working on my side. I contacted steam support and they said that this is an in game problem and I should contact ea.

Bottom point, both parties don't know how to fix the system glitch and there is no solution to buy it through your steam wallet.
Ps in case any customer support see my message, when you guys put your game on steam it means you're trying to get more player base from steam so it is simply basic to know that us the steam users put all our gaming money on steam wallet for many reasons like buy and sell in game item from other games. I'd highly recommend to try and fix this issue which will surely increase your sales.

This is a game that the cheap version its 60 euros, and you cant even made the transactions of the game work. And this is not the only problem the market have some bugs when you bet in a player shows up that you won the bet and the player its yours but when you left the market shows the red simbol that you lost the bet..... thats why the avaliations of the game in steam its garbage.

IF i did not buy the premium version of the game by now i would already refounded this game in steam 100 &. This game its not even ready to be live and on the market.
