  • I’ve done that twice now. They couldn’t recover it I answered the questions to the best of my ability because I made the account back in 2013 2014 so I don’t remember everything but I gave them the answers I thought they were and they were unable to recover the account. When I try to log in it says my credentials have expired. And I have no way of resetting the password because I can’t log into that email that’s linked to the account and I’m starting to get mad because I’ve spent probably around $100-200 on the game with buying expansion packs and stuff packs and now I can’t play it I’ve tried getting that account moved to my other one I filled out the form todo so and nothing ever happened

    I'm in the same boat. I just sent my info for the third time. I'm so upset, I'm crying. I have so many games that I've accumulated in the years. For some reason they can't verify my account even though I gave accurate information . It also makes me upset that they immediately close the ticket without working with me on this

    @MidnightSky550 crap is the word to be honest, waiting over 1 month now 5 case even had the verification code sent to my PS4 and now, tell me to fill out the forms again like what the heck

    It’s for my sims 4 game. I literally have all the packs besides two or three. And they can’t recover my account with the information I’ve given them twice.....

  • I've tried that, and I am sure everyone else here has as well. They are refusing to give us our accounts back for some reason

    Then they need to reimburse me for all the money I’ve spent on that game🙃

    Well everyone, after four tries they still "can't verify" my account. I'm giving up. I no longer want the account. I am no longer giving this greedy and deceitful company my money. They have more than enough of it. Obviously I asked about refund and they declined. No surprise there. I'm done. I hope everyone else can get their account back.

    If I can figure out how to get back into my email account that is linked to that origin account I’ll be good🤷🏼‍♀️

    I can’t access my account connected to my ps5 and I can’t do anything I can’t play or switch the email and your website isn’t any help
