Re: How to get in contact with support with actual tools to help?

Hey @LiquoricePuff when it comes to account-based issues such as this then the only people who can assist are our live support. The best thing to do si speak with one of our phone or chat support advisers and explain the situation to them asking if it is possible to remove the game from your account and add it to the other one. 

You can contact our live support at help.ea.com.  

To request a callback or speak with a chat adviser:

Click on your product Origin

Then select 'PC

Manage my Account'

Can't log in

Finally, you can choose to receive a callback or begin a chat.

    As made obvious by my post, I've already been in contact with support. I seek to get in contact with another (better? Support+?) support that have the tools to help, as opposed to the call/chatcenters that's not equipped with anything except a FAQ they can regurgitate towards EAs poor customers.

    Hey @LiquoricePuff for your issue you need to speak with our live support team using the steps I posted above. There is no other team who can assist with this issue. I apologise if you had a poor experience previously but if you speak with our support and explain the situation to them then they will advise you of the options open to you.
