I have installed the origin client on my "D" drive.
"d:\games\origin"
My C: drive is my windows boot drive.
The origin client is creating a empty "Program Files (x86)\Origin Games" folder on D: drive every time it runs.
sorry but you did not visualize the problem and gave a presumptous answer.
An empty, useless folder gets autorestored 1 second after we delete it... somewhere somehow windows is told that the folder should exist as if it was a vital folder. (I suspect the Origin installer)I

That's not the correct way to uninstall a game as the info will still be available in the registry @erixx11. To properly uninstall a game and to prevent his from happening you will have to either uninstall the game through Origin or through the Windows Settings.
