Make sure you're signed into an EA site (this one is fine) before clicking the link and that the location in the lower-right corner of the browser window is set to U.S. or U.K.

Thank you SO MUCH! I managed to contact them and they opened the case for me - hopefully the issue will be resolved soon!

I have the feeling that this is most likely working as intended for you.

Depending on where you are located, what the locale is of your EA account, and a few other things (like local guidelines), it's possible that you have a language and region-locked version of the game on your EA account. If that is the case, it's indeed possible that you can only install the game in the languages that are available to you.

Hey,
But I’m based in the UK so if this is related to where I am located I should be able to get access to English speaking version of the game. English is my mother tongue too and it’s simply easier to play in English.
