sims disappearing??

Every time I reload into the game, all the sims (including townies) just disappear. Every single one. Does anyone know how to fix this?

    • are you using mods/cc ?
    • what platform are you playing on ?
    • If you are on Windows: What security software are you using ? Can you check if the game is blocking the game from running properly ?

    arco1131​  Do you use OneDrive or iCloud?  If you do, you need to disable the one you use for your  Sims 4 files.  The need to be on your local drive.
