Receiving error message when applying application and sample work to EA Jobs

Hey @pendulumstalker have you tried in a different browser to see if you have the same issue?

You can also add files on your main profile page, can you try that?

I tried in Safari and Chrome and I still get the same error message. When I try to add work from the "My Jobs" tab, it won't let me. It just says "Action" and under that it says "None" ☹️

...and to add, from the "Manage Profile" Tab is there a way to add demo reels/work? I see the "Documents" option but there is no "Demo Reel" type, is this a place where I can upload such work and should I add it under "Other"?

You can attach any files in the Documents section @pendulumstalker.

Still getting an error message when trying to upload to the documents section. Now saying "Select File" when I've tried different files, file types, browser, size. Nothing. 

Hey @pendulumstalker can you try on a different network or device to see if you have the same issue?

I tested this just now and it's working as it should.

Still getting the error on a different device, different network. I can't troubleshoot anymore until later because I have to go to work now. At this point I'm not sure it's gonna make a difference, one of the jobs already closed and the other was a while ago and I'm sure my application was skipped because of the lack of work attached. Super unfortunate.

Sorry but I'm not sure what subject line you are referring to, I've provided screenshots with each post from both devices used showing the error message.
