So, when i redeemed my codes, it wanted sims 3 first. obviously thats what it says should be done in the how to. I said ok to the sims 3 pets saying it cant download and moved on to download sims 3. Sadly, pets did not go into my games library but says i redeemed to code. I have made a case file for my sims 3 since its not showing up and I've tried many different things to try and get the game into my library.

@SketchDevil Just in case it's this simple, does Pets show up as owned in the list of expansion packs? You'd need to click on the Sims 3 icon in your game library, then maybe select More before Expansion Packs depending on how large the Origin window is, then scroll down to Pets.
If the pack is registered, you should see a Download button; keep in mind that Pets may be listed multiple times, with only one copy available to download.
It did not show as owned even though it shows that the code is redeemed
