Yeah I already tried that and it seems to me like there are only a select FEW games that are covered for a refund and. NOWHERE in the purchasing process did it warn me about this . Is this considered reasonable ??? Kinda seems like stealing to me ..

So show me where it says during the purchasing process that this game isn’t eligible for a refund

There is nothing further that we can do to assist you in relation to this.

So just to be clear , your answer is that it does not directly and clearly state anywhere during the purchasing process that this game is not eligible for a refund even if it is useless to the buyers computer . You are telling me that I have to click through a series of links and scroll through a policy to find that out ...
i hope this post serves as a warning to others about this company’s * return policy . Thanks for nothing .
