REFUND OR A GAME CHANGE
I have played fifa 19 just 8 hours, I even bought a new controller but I'm not satisfied with the game. Can I get a refund or can I get a new game which has the same price?

If you purchased the game elsewhere then you will need to speak with the retailer.

I missed the chance to refund it because I am 1 or 2 days late. Can you make an exception please?
