Sims 3 file does not exists can't download game

Trying to re download my Sims 3 on my mac it keeps coming up with choose new file this file does not exist, so i select a new file it keeps doing it with every file i click. I have also tried to make...

Same has been happening here while trying to play Sims 4.
I keep getting an error message saying origin can not open, something is missing and to try reinstalling it.
Have reinstalled it about a dozen times, no luck.

    so frustrating i don't even know what to try next i feel i have tried everything , does contacting the live chat when its open do much
