Downloaded the new bust the dust kit yesterday and it's not showing up in game.
Removed most mods, did a very long repair and still nothing.
It's showing up in Origin as installed, but not seeing it in game.
Please help.
Community ManagerI'm having the same problem. I don't have any mods installed at all in the game. I bought the game then installed it, it never loaded I didn't get anything that contains the game. Not the gameplay nor anything that should be added as extras
@EmilySteele20 What version number does your game have? Load Sims 4 to the Main Menu, where you can choose to load a save or start a new one, and look along the bottom of the screen, or in the lower right corner. Please list the entire version number, i.e. 1.xx.xx.xxxx.

I purchased the Bust the Dust Kit and it will not pop up in game. It says that I purchased it. I have tried restarting the game, repairing it, and deleting the cache. A person from customer service even tried redownloading the game for me and nothing has worked. This is the only pack that has not worked for me.
