sims 4 expansion packs wont download

Good evening.

I have recently brought a new PC and i Downloaded Sims 4 again, but only 1 of my expansion packs have downloaded and its not showing me the option to download my others. How can i fix this?

    Hey, @ekranum, try reinstalling Origin, it's normally a cache problem if it can't download the game, it normally related that it's not been properly installed.  

    let me know if that works or not.

    Hey @samucas88

    Could you check if you can download the missing expansions from the Origin client? You need to choose an appropriate tab below the Play button. The DLCs, which you're missing, should have the download option.

    I have the same problem and it`s no download button on the expansion pack. What can i do?

    Mine's the same and I tried to reinstall origin but it won't let me, It's the same for my Sims 3 games

    I went onto Origin. Then clicked on my game library.
    Then I clicked the SIMS game that I have. I scrolled down a little to where is says more and has that down arrow.
    I then clicked on the expansion packs and those that I already owned it said download which I did and it worked.
    I also clicked on the game packs and did the same thing.

    I uninstalled and reinstalled Origin, but I still can't download the expansion pack I just bought. I've done this, cleared my cache, etc. Spent about 10 hours today trying to get this to work. It still does not work...
