Someone hacked my account and he was using it for hours

I played my last game at 4 pm evening and logged out. At 2 am (after 10 hours) I try to login again and origin showed a message 'account currently in use'. This was shocking as I have never used anot...

Hey @ZXC_THUG for issues with a ban on an account then you will need to speak to our Terms of Service team.

The process to contact our ToS team can be found here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/account/information-about-banned-or-suspended-accounts/

  1. Click Contact us at the top of any page on EA Help.
  2. Select the game that your account was banned or suspended from. If it’s on your whole EA Account, choose Origin.
  3. Choose your platform.
  4. Select Manage my account, then Banned or suspended account.
  5. Fill out any other details below.
    • For example, if you picked Origin, it might ask you if you are accessing the game through an Origin Access membership.
  6. Click Select contact option.
  7. Sign in to your account that has the ban or suspension, if you aren’t already.

Already raised couple of cases, Tos thinks I waa the one cheating. This is so wrong. I have put real money on my account to buy stuff. I have been playing Apex for 1.5 years now and never cheated. Why would I even risk my account on which I have spent so much money ? And all of sudden my account gets hacked and you call me a cheater ?

    Hey @ZXC_THUG we are not able to assist with TOS related issues on AHQ.  You will need to direct any queries relating to this ban to them.

      ToS is absolute useless. They cannot track login locations, login devices. If they were able to do so they would have easily understood that it was not ne was used hacks/cheats. My account was compromised and there are suspicious logins on it and it has been used. But thanks to the useless ToS team who still think I was the one cheating.
