Stuck in EA support loop

Guys, I'm at the absolute end of my teather. EA's support is so poorly designed it's quite literally driving me insane. I NEED to speak to a human but their phone number doesn't work and their email system is zero help.

So let's go back to the begin - more than 6 months ago!

I have Fifa 20 on my PS4. One day I try and log in and it's asking me to verify my Origin account but using a code either SMS'd or emailed to me. But there's an issue, the phone number is NOT mine and the email address is NOT mine. There's no option to change either. I do some Googling and this has come up with people before but it appears the ONLY way to fix it is to contact EA.

So, after failing to find a phone number, I email. 

Then begins the 6+ month run-around of repeatedly failing to solve the issue and maybe getting me into a deeper hole. They keep closing off the case when the issue is not fixed and then sending me a "How was your experience with EA?" form. 

I keep pushing to reopen the old case but every time I do, I get contacted by a new person asking me to open a new case! And even worse, they've given me a UK phone number - 0203 014 1818 - and when I call it from the UK I'm told I've "dialled an incorrect number". I've tried it on multiple phones.

I'm currently at a point where they have changed the Origin email address to another but now Fifa shows nothing and I can't loop it back. 

All I want is to play Fifa. I've paid EA for the game and I've hardly had any use out of it because I've spent most of the year fixing this issue. I'm also worried that if I buy Fifa 21 then I'll have hte same issue as it's linked to the Origin account.

Please, PLEASE, PLLLEEEAASSSSEEEEE let me speak to someone and DO NOT as me to open a new case OR give me the same 0203 014 1818. My case was #55368594 and #60437644 among others.
