Unable to complete EA sign in (code 100)

Without changing anything on my PS4 or network I suddenly started getting this error everytime I try to connect to Apex Legends.  I did all the routine fixes and trouble shooting and I cannot fix it.  I noticed that I also cannot connect to Star Wars Battlefront as well.  

Any help with this would be appreciated.  I tried to file a case with EA Help but I never got a response and for entire day it kept saying no channels available.  

I even asked for help on EAHelp Twitter and got no response.

    It sounds like you may be having issues with your connection @HiveMind_PFEX. I would suggest taking a look at our Connection troubleshooting steps which you can find here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/connection-troubleshooting-basic/

    It'll take you a couple of minutes to do them all but please do take the time and do them all.
