Unable to login in Origin Apex account via Steam (online login is unavailable)

So today I encountered a problem with Origin. It said "Online login is currently unavailable". Then i cleared Origin's cache and it helped me. I was able to launch it, log in and play. But after ...

    Origin itself was working after first cleaning of cache.I tried changing date and opening game in Steam multiple times.That changed nothing.Steps that you provided are not visible in some cases.(links to internet exolorer and LAN Settings are having "page not found") I played couple games on Origin to make some progress to my cloud storage.Then I deleted and reinstalled Apex in Steam.This time window that popped up was asking me to provide security code and not paste login information.So I did that and it is working now.
