Unable to start : "name of the game" is already running.

Hi, I just bought the sims 4 with origin and I can't get it to start. Everytime I try to start the game, going through the origin launcher and the desk icon, the same message appears : Unable to star...

I  haven't been able to play my game in months now, tried everything possible there is to try. getting tired of it myself reading boards after boards to see what I can do to fix the problem. Rebooted and deleted and reinstalled tried it all.....not happy about this I will never buy game this way again.

Hey @64Daysha, what issues are you having and what steps have you done? Is it starting a game up or is it with Origin?

    Hello, I have the same problem, I have bought the game TWICE and it is still not working!
