UNLINK EA ACCOUNT FROM XBOX ACCOUNT VIA MICROSOFT
HI, I seem to be stuck.
I have totally lost access to EA account. This then prevents me from playing any EA game online on my Xbox. Login for xbox works fine, but EA reset my password because I haven't logged in so long.
I've tried resetting my password but email expired (AOL 90 days policy, quite literally setup this account over 12 years ago too). I also have moved probably 5 times in the last 10 years and when I ask for an account recovery I can't get the questions right to unlock my account. I can't be the only one with this issue.
Why is there not an option to unlink an EA account from Microsoft's side? I seem to be SOL here short of changing my Xbox Gamertag (not going to happen). This is a request to EA Devs or if someone knows another option to login via xbox? Basically anyone who loses access to their EA email won't be able to play xbox games online anymore....
