Solved

Well, this is great now isn’t it? No Valid Account AND Credentials Expired.

No Valid EA Account, Credentials have expired. Changed my password three times as followed by the instructions on how to get around this- and guess what? Still no valid EA Account, Credentials expired. Is this broken or am I doing something stupid? I’ve been logging into mobile and seeing the banner that tells me I need new credentials for two new passwords, neither of which worked. I can log in, I can change the settings on my account as I please, but I cannot find any way to link my account, get that stupid banner off my screen, or play any games at all, I’ve tried logging in through the platform screen with XBox Live, PSN, etc. but none of it ever actually links my accounts, so what am I supposed to do?

    @StoppedSole

    You are not doing something silly. If you have already reset the password(s), we will need you to make contact with an EA Game Advisor for assistance.

    Click the following link to get started: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/

    Please note the current changes to support: https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/temporary-changes-to-support-options/

    For help with contacting an Advisor, please see this link: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/contact-ea-help/

    Thanks.

    1. @EA_Barry  Well, my main problem with using this solution is that I cannot fill out the form for help as I do not believe it gives me the option to- this isn’t a game issue, nor an Origin issue- as I’m on console, but is an issue with EA itself. Should I select a game(such as BFV, or Battlefront 2) then my platform? Or is there another way around this that may bring more attention to my problem of the message saying my count is disabled and such even though(as you can probably tell by the message I'm sending right now) it’s clearly not. I don’t know the solution as by the terms of the request form for help, so I am once again stuck. ☹️ any more tips?

    •  Here I am again, on the account with invalid credentials and no valid account(?). I do not understand what my problem is, this IS my problem. I’ve been instructed to contact support but for what? I cannot simply say I’m having a problem with a game, it’s not a game, it’s not origin, it’s EA. I can log in to my account, in fact I’m posting this from the account in question, but as you can see, there is a valid account, and the credentials are not expired. I’ve changed the password three times, and it didn’t fix anything, I’ve been able to log in here and on all of the EA websites, but I cannot link any other accounts whatsoever. I cannot play games due to this, since I cannot link any accounts from here to there. Leading to the ‘no valid account’, I can understand that. ‘Invalid credentials’ is another weird one, seeing as I’ve changed my password three times, and I’m a little confused as to why I would need to contact support when I don’t need help with any of the things they provide help for. Again, this isn’t a game, this is EA. Any help is appreciated, and hopefully I can finally get this fixed.

    edit: I’m a little heated due to how long I’ve been waiting with little response since my last question, so if I come off a bit harsh then it’s purely because of that.

    edit 2: I forgot to mention that it also states that my account is disabled and that it MAY be that the credentials expired, so if this helps any at all with a solution I’d be grateful.
