What does waiting on player and duplicate case mean

I have two cases open right now on ea help one is saying waiting on player but I have received no information on what they need from me and the other says duplicate case.

    Hey @bluedragon1911 I took a look at your account and can see that one of our advisers reached out to you over email 2 days ago.


    Our advisers are not able to create a case for you, a case is created when you go through the account creation process at help.ea.com

    If you have not received the email from our team then I would recommend checking your email folders and ensuring that the email you are using is the one linked to your EA account.

@EA_Darko i need help with a case that says it is duplicated i think i took down the other case that had similar name because one of it was for using live chat and the other which says it is duplicated now is the one i am using to send an email for could you look it up and see what the cause is and how i can fix it?.
