I haven't played my Sims 4 in a year, & just began to play it again, & noticed that all my Sims have question marks & either red, or black marks covering them from head to toe. Is this a glitch, or some sort of error. They all look like clowns.

@jman0357 Try repairing the game: open your Origin game library, right-click on the Sims 4 icon, and select Repair. If that doesn't help, clear Origin's cache:

restart your computer, and repair again.
