When you've got a chance can you try downloading the Visual C++ Redistributable files from the Microsoft Support website to see if that helps with the error you've been getting? If there's an issue with a missing or corrupted .dll file that will usually do the trick.Be sure to download both the x86 and x64 versions of the files.
