wrong alias
I want to remove an alias belonging to my child in my account as he plays on his new account. I have tried support and can not find how to do it?
Could you give the area for removal of wrong alias thankyou.

Hello there @Davidos ,
I believe this is something only an EA Advisor can help you do.
Here is how to get in contact with an EA Advisor:
- Navigate to EA Help.
- Click "Contact Us" at the top of the page.
- In the Search Bar type in "Origin" then chose the regular Origin with the white background. (Not to be confused with Origin Access)
- Choose your Platform.
- Under Select Topic choose "Manage my account."
- Under Select Issue choose "Manage subscriptions."
- Click the Blue "Select contact option" at the bottom. This will take you to a live chat option which is the EA Advisors preferred method of contact. The temporary change of Support Hours are in effect already. They are from 9:00 A.M. to Midnight UTC Timezone. Plan Accordingly. Be sure to explain to them the exact issue with your account.
