Wrongly banned, now can’t access account

I was banned on the FUT mobile transfer market a few months back, deleted my account, and now can’t get back in because of a “sanction” against my account. I was originally banned because I had been trading a lot and failed one recaptcha and got subsequently banned. Now that I want to restore my club, I can’t. I’m being wronged twice here. Can somebody help because all I’m getting are automated responses from the terms of service team saying they already looked into this, when they clearly didn’t because there was no wrongdoing on my end.

  • Hey @SHADOWED_CLOUDS for issues such as this you will need to speak to our Terms of Service team.

The process to contact our ToS team can be found here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/account/information-about-banned-or-suspended-accounts/

    1. Click Contact us at the top of any page on EA Help.
    2. Select the game that your account was banned or suspended from. If it’s on your whole EA Account, choose Origin.
    3. Choose your platform.
    4. Select Manage my account, then Banned or suspended account.
    5. Fill out any other details below.
      • For example, if you picked Origin, it might ask you if you are accessing the game through an Origin Access membership.
    6. Click Select contact option.
    7. Sign in to your account that has the ban or suspension, if you aren’t already.

  • @EA_Darko Yeah, I’ve tried that. The terms of service team was completely unhelpful. They did not even bother looking into it if I was cheating or not. They saw I failed a recaptcha, and then assumed I was using a bot… now I just get automated messages saying this issue has been resolved… no it has not. Surely, somebody competent can look at my case and see that Ive broken no rules.

Hey @SHADOWED_CLOUDS all TOS appeals are independently investigated by a member of the TOS team. They do a full and through investigation and do not simply look to see if there was a failed CAPTCHA and make assumptions. If a failed CAPTCHA was enough to get you banned then I'd be banned myself for failing one at times.

If our TOS team has denied your appeal then I'm sorry to say but there is no one who can change this.

I'm going to lock this thread.
