"Your EA Account is disabled"

I just downloaded NFS Payback from PS+ on PS4. I've completed Chapter 1 so that I can play multiplayer with my friends. I can't get online as I keep getting the message: "Your EA Account is disable...

I've tried using that but there's no option for the problem I'm facing.

Can you have a look at my account for me please? I literally can't play any EA game online (just tried UFC 4) and I don't know why.

Hey @M-W4RLORD-W for issues such as this you will need to speak with one of our phone or chat support advisers who will be able to advise you further. 

 

You can contact our live support at help.ea.com.  

To  speak with a chat adviser:

Click on your product Origin

Then select 'PC

Manage my Account'

Can't log in

Finally, you can choose to begin a chat or request a call back.

    I don't use a PC, does this work on mobile?

      Hey @M-W4RLORD-W you can replace PC in the contact option with the platform you are on and you can contact on any device that has a browser.
