1004 error again...

Greetings. so i bought Spore with all dlc first on steam. then i realized its not really working because i dont had  access to the sporepedia or whats it originally called( i play with hungarian language. sorry for my bad english.) so i cannot get others creations and stuff so i googled it up and i dont had product key. others on steam told me to contact ae support but i was like: "bruh i dont care i just buy the spore with the two addons on ae games and i play from the ae games launcher. but then i uninstalled steam version spore then downloaded the ea version. and i got  the two [1004] error code. i looked up some guide and fix but i could not find any solution. i dont even have spore in the regedit under There isn't SPORE under Electronic arts in Wow6432Node. and cant even find any appdir or anything like that i tried repair. multiple times i tried clean boot  i have up to date drivers and updates for evrything. my pc config is way above the minimum requirements.  but i cant even uninstall spore from the eagames launcher i click on manage then unintsall the screen refreshing and nothing is happening. i tried use a clean uninstall with a program called iobit uninstaller. and then restarted pc. after that aegames still thing i have spore downloaded.  i bought the game in two freaking company and cant play it.. im totally confused and in madness right now. i have nowhere to go forward with my problem. i just hope someone here can help me.... im not rerally an IT guy. i just wanted to feel some nostalgy from my chieldhood back from 2010.....
