Accidentally Reporting Spore Taglines

I am and avid Spore player, and often access spore.com on my phone to view comments, check out new creations, etc., but I occasionally find myself accidentally reporting another player's tagline when the tagline is perfectly innocuous. Everyone has done it once or twice, and we all shrug it off, but I just accidentally reported two different people, neither of which deserved to have their taglines reported. I know that they'll be fine, but I was worried about potential repercussions on myself; how are the powers that be supposed to know I'm doing this by mistake and am not some "troll" spamming innocent people? I would like some reassurance that I'm not at risk of being banned, and would also like to ask if perhaps that report button could be moved, perhaps above the tagline and away from the list of creations and other things one might regularly click on.
