If you watch a showy "bad taglines", you can report it directly in Spore.com forum.

If you have inadvertently pressed a button and there is no reason to report then, I think EA will decide what to do.

That's fine, no need to worry about it. Every report has to be carefully reviewed anyway, so accidental reports will be spotted and just not actioned.
I ll pass on the feedback regarding the placement of the report button.
