Adventure 0 Play Bug.

    @Rebecca1208 Thanks for the very excellent write-up.

    I'd like to set expectations appropriately - I can't make any promises about if/when this will get addressed. The most anyone should infer from our exchange is that the issue has been raised and, when time allows, we'll investigate it.

This is NOT A SPAM THREAD. The bumps are legitmate AND HAVE BEEN MADE OVER A PERIOD A MONTHS. This is because if you do not bump a thread, the developer may not see it And I'm not going to allow my thread to be unseen. What you did was inexcusable and I can't believe you would do such a thing. 

From March 18th To September 18th this thread was up an it got NO ATTENTION from you or any other EA Employee. But when I made that sub-thread you immediently deleted that one and then started removing posts from this one. This action is completly unnacceptable.

I do not visit Spore forums that often, as this is not my area of expertize. 

I will quote this, from the forum rules, however for details, please read the whole page:

  1. Spamming - Spamming includes bumping questions, asking questions with the sole purpose of linking to another question, excessively communicating the same phrase, similar phrases, or pure gibberish, asking the same questions multiple times, repeatedly posting the same question in different places, "in before the lock" comments or repeatedly posting useless information or smilies only.

As a Hero/Moderator, I have to make sure all posts and threads follow the forum rules, there can sadly be no exception to this.

EDIT: Also, if you what to be 100% sure some important thread gets noticed and it cant wait, feel free to PM me or any other hero/mod, CM or anyone of as. Our names are in blue bold, so you can notice as this way.

    I have been here for 7 months trying to help the community and only the community. I bumped these threads so other community members could view this, and see how long it's been and so the developers can see it. Do you honestly expect any developer to look at a thread that is, let's say 22 pages back? 

    I give up now. This bug being fixed is not going to happen. So therefor, I'm not replying on this thread again, well I won't be able to anyway even if I wanted to because the enforced rules means you can't do anything at all.

      That is not true @Sharples65 .

      You can do much. Posting stuff that contributes to the problem, possible workarounds, future details to the problem, details about your setup and so on... pretty much anything that can help in the escalation and the resolution of the problem, this is perfectly fine and ok and should always be done.

      Posting bumps, spam, rage, rule breaking content and anything that does not have any contribution to the problem at hand, or the topic, or escalation of the problem and so on... now that is not ok and is not wanted here.

      Posting like first line, will get a much better chance at an answer and a possible resolution faster too. 

      Posting like the second line, will get you nowhere here and this will significantly lower a chance at a reply or a resolution and will increase a large chance at moderation actions being taken at the thread and your account.

      Always follow the forum rules and always be productive and make contributions to the threads you create or participate in and this increases its chances at a success by VERY FAR. Be the best you can be, in short and not the worst.😕mileywink:

      As this thread has now sadly gone to far, in the discussion of moderation, I shall close/lock it down for now and temporarily so it is not derailed again and strained away from the main subject and topic. When future information is available, it shall be posted and then the thread may be unlocked.

      I will also temporarily mark it as solved, so this post can be better seen and for better visibility.

        I have no option left. I've already gone through everything possibe. No more information needs to be added onto this bug. I have explained to those people over and over and over again about the bug. Unless someone from the EA department comes up with an ETA to fix this bug, it's going to be the exact same copy and paste replies that I have been doing from EA Live Chat and bumps.

        And I'm only bumping this thread because I don't think the developers will view even page 2. In-fact, when was the last time they even came here?

        I'm trying to agree with the forum rules. But when you have no option, what is the use?
