Same issue too. Just reinstalled Windows and went straight to installing anthem with nothing else. I have a 4090, an i9-13900kf, it's installed on a nvme m.2 ssd. Everything that should make it so this game doesn't struggle and it takes 20 minutes in it's attempt to load to only come back to the main screen because it failed to connect
