I just bought this to get 1 last playthrough before closes. Game will not launch. I seen EA offer 24 hour refund after u launch the game, but because i played gamepass version , it shows 9 hrs of playtime. EA support refused the refund and provided no help They not getting my 7 bucks, i even told them this isnt my hardware, this is their launcher. 5090 12900kf here. They scammed me straight up so im just going to charge back next week if i dont get it working. I'm not at fault here yet they refuse to listen when i tell tem, its like 20-30 mins for it to launch
