Are spore servers down? I can't even try to log in...

I have Spore and Spore Galactic Adeventures in my PC. But I installed from the cd, not from Origin. I have reinstalled both after a long time, but when I try to log in, it says a message that occured an error to connect to Spore servers. It is not a problem form my internet. 

I already tried to delete login.prop file in Spore Preferences but nothing happened. I even tried to add my Spore games to Origin by the CD Product Key, but it said that I have already had registered the code.
