My game in Blitz Champions froze mid game is there anyway for me to recover the game or get my purchase reimbursed?

still having this issue as of today the 20 june 25

After months of the leaderboard not loading in Facebook, it suddenly started working again. The only change was that none of my actual Facebook friends had played in months. Today one actually played a game, and the leaderboard loads without a problem. So the problem is that if whatever database search is used to populate the leaderboard returns zero results, something breaks...

I have had this problem for many weeks with no fix.

Very frustrated with this game, I’ve always loved playing this game. However i have from day 1 only received 2 daily spins and i have been playing for many years. Now for several months one watches an advert after which the game freezes and no reward is available. I have reported this once before but no feedback was given.

I still have the same issues as I reported at the end of February. It has never been fixed. I had hoped that they would have made a mass repair on the game long ago. This has not happened. 

yes my hasn't work for a while now.

Any resolve for this problem?????  I'm having the same issues.
