Bought New Copy of Godfather. What do I do about the redeem code not working.

I tried to find a way to contact EA support. No way to contact them about this. The copy is brand new from EA store on Amazon. The code does not work. How do I contact them to get a replacement code. I would like to get an email or something that can guide me in the right direction. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
