I bought Spore for Mac, but in the EA app it says "Available for Windows". I've paid money for this and it even says on the receipt that it is available for Mac, so I either need the money back, or help right away.
Could you try the Origin client for Mac?
I was able to submit a case at help.ea.com and get my money back.
It was advertised as available for Mac when I bought it, but then it was not available for Mac when I tried downloading it on the EA app. The website should be updated to show that it is not available for Mac before it is purchased.
i am 10 and i wanted to try out this interesting life sim game but it is for some reason only on windows😔

The minimum OS requirements state: "macOS 10.9 Mavericks through macOS 10.14.x Mojave. This game will only run on macOS versions that support 32-bit applications; macOS 10.15 Catalina and higher are not supported." Therefore, it cannot be played on current macOS versions.
Additionally, purchasing the macOS version also grants access to the Windows version. If you have a Windows PC, a refund is not necessary.
