Bought Spore from EA App but cannot access online features

Hello, I recently bought the a copy of Spore and the Creepy & Cute DLC from the EA App. Attached are screen captures of my issue. Note: I didn't buy them through the GoG or Steam platforms. However...

Update:

I've tried the following since yesterday:

  • Trying to access online features using a mobile hotspot.
  • Creating a new user in my PC and reinstalling the game in that user.

So far I still haven't been able to access online features.

Please, any assistance would be very much appreciated!
