Bought the game for Mac OS, but it does not work now

I bought SPORE for my Mac, since it was written that the game is available for Mac, but then I open EA App on Mac, and the game is just covered with grey color and *my favorite part*: available on Windows. 
What should I do now? Refund? Or is there another way?
