Bought the game on steam, won't connect

I bought the game on steam and when I try to enter my spore account (wich I have from years back when the game first launched) it says it can't connect to the servers, to check my connection. But my connection is fine, the game is allowed on the firewall and antivirus. I read that I need to redeem the code in origin ta make it work, I tried doing it but it says the code is already registred, probably because it already registered in game.

    The game must be manually registered on your account. Otherwise you can't use the online function.

    1. Make sure you are logged in with your Origin ID
    2 Choose your country (take a look right side upper navigation groin)
    3. Press the orange button below right side "Contact us"
    4. Follow the steps

    There is no way to contact via e-mail in the links you sent and I can't speak english very well to get help by phone, is there no other way to contact?
