Hey there! I'm currently unable to unlink my xbox account from my EA account because there are two linked at the same time. I've reached out to chat with the EA support team (twice) who says there is a new policy that does not allow them to unlink the accounts either and they are unable to provide any other solutions for me. Do you have any idea how I can have this fixed? The two accounts currently linked are very old and my current Xbox account can't link to EA until those two are removed.

I'm sorry to hear that EA Help Support is unable to unlink that for you. If they can't make these changes then you will have to create a new EA account and link your Xbox account there. If you want to use the same email, you can change the email on your first EA account so it will be free to be used on a new EA account.
