Im having the same problem. Problem is i am paying for Xbox Ultimate game pass with EAPLAY. Creating a new EA account does not work cause my xbox is still linked to the wrong ea account and xbox only says ea has to unlink the account before i can link a new one. When i talk with support they say only i can remove link but there is no unlink button so we are stuck in an endless loop where the account needs to be unlinked but neither i nor EAhelp can do it

Murahira If you go to your Connections tab in your EA Account settings portal, do you see more than one Xbox account linked to your EA account?
EA_cuervo Yeah its the exact same problem for me. 2 Accounts linked and therefore we are stuck in an endless loop where i cant do anything and eahelp is saying only i can unlink when i obviously cant.
