Ive been going back and forth with EA for about a week now and the only thing that I have learned is that they are pretty worthless when it comes to helping resolving any issue. I’ve had the same account since 2013 and somehow my old email that I havent used in 10-15 years and what is keeping me from accessing any EA games. Even when I read them the information directly from my account and send them screenshots, they still tell me my information is wrong. But apparently you can only link one EA account to an Xbox account. Never had 2 accounts but the websites keeps telling me otherwise.
