unable to play online all grayed out ea help no help anyone else had this problem

Noone is able to connect to the Game Server in Red Alert remastered. Games will not start!!!!
This problem has been occuring for approximately 2 weeks and no information is available as to whether this will be resolved
This is affecting gameplay and ALL PLAYERS are affected
