Since iOS update my sims FreePlay keeps crashing. Help

Are you still having issues? Or has the problem been solved?
Still crashing. This also means I never got to finish my tasks on time or finish doing the collection of candles and pottery. I’m a faithful player. And it’s very upsetting.
I know that feeling is tough!
