Creepy and Cute Installation Error
Every time I try to install the Creepy and Cute Parts Pack it gets an error at 96% and after checking the log it says "ERROR: Unable to finish config initialization from data file."

Hey @BetaRayquaza, Just to check, have you also installed any other packs besides the main game? Perhaps changing the installation order will resolve this issue, so install Spore in the order of Base Game, Creepy and Cute Parts Pack, followed by Galactic Adventures.
I'm not sure if that was what I initially did or not. If so, how do I change the installation order?

The only way to fix it is to uninstall and reinstall everything again in that order.
Nope, the installation error still happens.
