Hi I'm struggling with the EA support live chat feature. I'm trying to use it so that I can retrieve a product key for spore like it tells me to in guides. I provide the correct proof of purchase and everything but when I click send no live chat happens and I am just sent to the beginning again I have tried to do this many times and every solution I've tried to use has not worked and I'm hoping this will fix it as this is my last hope at getting it fixed.

If you're not getting the chat option when trying to contact support, can you please try:
If the chat doesn't show up, please try doing that while logged out. Once selecting the chat option it will ask you to log in, but you can select the option to continue without logging in.

unfortunately I've already tried this but when I click the live chat feature it doesn't put me in a live chat at all.

Community ManagerHi Cuervo, none of the issues I select on EA allow me to speak to an advisor. They all say 'this isn't supported by advisors" despite my email being changed without my permission.
